Day 1, Saturday - USA - ROME: Overnight flight to Rome, Italy. Airfare not included.

Day 2, Sunday-ROME Benvenuti a Roma! Meet your driver at the airport and enjoy your included transfer to the hotel. Use your included 1-day ticket for the Hop-on Hop-off I Love Rome City Tour. Ride an open top panoramic bus and admire the city’s iconic landmarks with audio commentary in 12 languages. Hop on and off at any of the eight stops along the route and explore at your own pace. It's the perfect way to discover the Eternal City. Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. Return to the hotel on your own. Overnight stay in Rome. Hotel St. Martin 4*

Day 3, Monday - ROME / Assisi / Siena / FLORENCE: Depart at 7:15 AM by deluxe coach to Assisi, a medieval town surrounded by ancient walls. Visit the Basilica of St. Francis, featuring frescoes by Giotto and Cimabue, and enjoy a lunch in Assisi. Continue to Siena, UNESCO-listed and famous for its shell-shaped Piazza del Campo and Palio horse race. Later, travel through Tuscany’s countryside to reach Florence. Check in at your hotel. Day 4, Tuesday - FLORENCE: Explore Florence, cradle of the Renaissance. Visit the Duomo, Brunelleschi’s Dome, Giotto’s Bell Tower, and Baptistery. See Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and Santa Croce Basílica. Enjoy lunch in a traditional Tuscan restaurant. In the afternoon, choose between free time in the city or an optional visit to Pisa, with its Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli. Dinner is at leisure. Day   5- Wednesday - FLORENCE / Bologna / VENICE: Following a delightful breakfast in Florence, depart for the elegant city of Bologna. Upon arrival, explore the charming city center, famous for its iconic porticoes. Begin your walking tour at Piazza Malpighi, leading to the heart of Bologna at Piazza del Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore, where you can admire the historic Palazzo del Podestà and the Basilica of San Petronio, the world’s largest Gothic church built in brick. Then, immerse yourself in Bologna’s renowned culinary scene, often regarded as Italy’s gastronomic capital. As you wander through medieval streets, discover vibrant food markets and street food stalls offering a delightful selection of traditional and contemporary delicacies. Enjoy an exclusive light lunch featuring authentic local flavors at a carefully selected eatery. Day 6 – Thursday- Venice: After breakfast, transfer to St. Mark’s Square for a guided walking tour of the city. Explore St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace—a symbol of Venice’s former power, serving as the residence of the Doges, the seat of government, and the court of justice—connected to the Prison Palace by the famous Bridge of Sighs, where Casanova was once imprisoned. To conclude the tour, your guide will invite you to enjoy a traditional Venetian aperitif featuring the famous cicchetti (Venetian-style tapas) accompanied by a spritz or prosecco. Day 7 – Friday -Venice > Montepulciano (Wine Region – Tuscany) > Rome:   After breakfast, departure from Piazzale Roma heading to Tuscany, world-known for its landscapes, its churches and castles, and its delicious wines. You will proceed to Val di Chiana with a stop in Montepulciano, a medieval town rich in history and art. Known for its “Nobile” wine, available for purchase in local wine houses, Montepulciano also offers stunning panoramic views and a rich cultural heritage. During lunch in a typical restaurant (included), you will have the pleasure of savoring your meal while enjoying a glass of fine local wine, perfectly paired to enhance the flavors of traditional Tuscan cuisine. After lunch, quick stop to spend some free time. In the evening, you will arrive in Rome, Check in to your hotel.  (B, L)  Hotel St. Martin 4*  

Day 8 – Saturday -Rome After breakfast, departure from the hotel for the included tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Square with our exclusive “Skip the Line” access! No stress to reach the area: upon arrival, your guide will lead you into the museums where you’ll visit one of the most important art collections of the world. Walk along the beautiful Galleries of Tapestries and Geographical Maps before admiring Raphael’s Rooms and then, the amazing Sistine Chapel. After this incredible masterpiece, the tour ends in St. Peter’s Square where you can admire the incredible masterpiece St. Peter’s Basilica (outside): the biggest church in the world! Day 9 – Sunday -Rome >Pompeii >Sorrento: After breakfast, depart at 7:00 AM by coach, traveling south along the “Autostrada del Sole” through the regions of Lazio and Campania. Along the way, admire breathtaking views of the Italian countryside and the stunning Amalfi Coast, where crystal-clear waters meet rolling hills dotted with lemon groves and picturesque villages. Upon arrival in Sorrento, the gem of the Amalfi Coast, explore its lively streets, artisanal ceramic workshops, and historic churches. After hotel check-in, enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Optionally, take an excursion to discover more of the spectacular Amalfi Coast. In the evening, savor a delightful dinner at the hotel (recommended dress code: jacket for gentlemen). Day 10 – Monday - Sorrento > Capri > Sorrento:  After breakfast, transfer to the port of Sorrento and board a boat to Capri, an island that has long enchanted visitors with its dramatic landscapes, mild climate, and lush vegetation. Upon arrival, embark on a smaller boat at Marina Grande to visit the Blue Grotto (weather permitting). Enjoy free time for (lunch not included) and explore Capri at your leisure, whether shopping or sightseeing. In the afternoon, return to the port for the journey back to Sorrento. Day 11 – Tuesday -Sorrento > Pompeii > Rome After breakfast, enjoy some free time for a final stroll through Sorrento. Around 1:15 PM (departure time to be confirmed by Carrani Tours staff), begin the last leg of your journey. Accompanied by an expert guide, head to Pompeii, where a professional local guide will lead a fascinating walking tour through this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover the remarkably preserved ruins of this ancient Roman city, frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. Day 12 – Wednesday- ROME / USA: After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight bringing wonderful memories to share with family and friends (B)
